Mike is a founder, operator, and product executive who has spent more than twenty years helping growth-stage and private-equity-backed companies create enterprise value in complex, regulated environments.
He was a senior leader at Trifecta Clinical through its high-growth phase, building and scaling the professional services and delivery organization from the ground up and maturing the operations, governance, and structure that carried the company to a $240M acquisition by WCG. He stayed on post-close as Global VP of Applications and Business Analytics, leading platform integration, operating-model consolidation, and the realization of post-acquisition synergies.
At Sitero, a clinical-technology SaaS and CRO-services company, he led portfolio-level product strategy across a suite of regulated clinical-trial software platforms driving the transformation from single-tenant enterprise architecture to multi-tenant, and strengthening SDLC governance and compliance posture along the way.
That through-line, disciplined execution in environments where the stakes are high and the rules are real runs back to the start of his career, including work delivering complex, security-sensitive technology programs for federal and defense clients. It’s the same instinct he brings to every engagement today: growth and rigor are not opposites, and the best organizations learn to do both at once.

Mike holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and two bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and works across product and platform strategy, digital transformation and modernization, M&A integration and post-acquisition scaling, operating-model and SDLC governance, and regulated, GxP-compliant software.
